Mediation

• In disputes, TransForge represents the project goals. If the goals are in dispute TransForge will attempt to establish common ground and pragmatic agreement between conflicting parties.

• TransForge can serve as arbitration counsel if the dispute is fundamentally technical and both parties are willing to commit to the ruling.

• TransForge will serve as expert witness in cases where competence is evident.
